I’m Jason Castañeda.
An user-centric London-based Product Designer, Systems Thinker and Product Strategist. I’m currently a Mid-Senior Product Designer working at Realifetech, leading experimentation and visionary concepts for feature products.
Starting as a Web Designer back in 2008, I was very fortunate my expertise shone through with a recommendation from a lecturer to work for a startup agency company providing websites to their clients. With 8 years in the UX/UI industry, I worked both client-side and in-house with expertise in Conversion and Optimisation in the eCommerce industry as well in a SAAS startup company providing personalization and white label solutions to our clients.
I was fascinated by how people tick and interact with digital products. My curiosity has given ways for me to understand people’s interactions especially the technical ins and outs of the product provided to their audiences.
Involving people in any process or any given opportunity helps to get everyone’s perspective, allowing them to digest and mold ideas from the start of the process. Doing this removes uncertainties and assumptions. Communication is the key ingredient to influencing and engaging with people. For more information, please read my approach.
